基于三代测序平台的转录组测序，完成90个植物样本RNA三代建库测序服务。要求如下： 【项号1】1、提取：进行组织RNA提取，RNA完整性指标Rin值≥7，蛋白残留低于5%，RNA提取总量≥2ug。 【项号2】2、建库：使用原装试剂盒进行建库以及串联，建库长度≥12k，平均串联度≥8次。【项号3】3、上机：使用三代测序仪测序，每个样品CCS reads≥20Mb，reads平均N50大于1.5K。【项号4】4、质控：总测序长度平均N50≥15K，串联拆分后平均reads≥8条，碱基质量值大于Q25。【项号5】5、报告：交付过滤之后的reads质控结果，使用PDF格式交付质控文件。【项号6】6、数据交付：使用云交付或者硬盘交付。

合同有效期内，采购人按需求分批次向供应商提供样本，供应商收到样品，质检合格后，开展技术服务，在约定交付周期内完成数据产出，并进行数据质控后完成数据交付。测序数据有效保存期不低于6个月。
