（1）、供应商应具有独立承担民事责任的能力的企业法人、事业法人或其他组织或自然人，并出具合法有效的营业执照或事业单位法人证书等国家规定的相关证明；？

？（2）、财务状况报告：供应商须出具本企业2020年度或2021年度财务审计报告（至少包括资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表），成立时间至提交响应文件截止时间不足一年的可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表或其基本存款账户开户银行出具的资信证明及基本存款账户开户许可证。；

（3）、税收缴纳证明：提供供应商2021年1月至今已缴纳任意一个月完税凭证或税务机关开具的完税证明（任意税种）；依法免税的应提供相关文件证明；
