3.本项目的特定资格要求：

（1）申请人必须符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定，提供以下材料：

2.本项目的中小企业划分标准所属行业为：工业。

3.投标人可选择部分或所有子包进行投标，但应对所选子包应进行整体投标，不允许仅对包内其中部分内容进行投标。

4.经批准子包1：微生物培养系统；子包2：全自动免疫组化及原位杂交系统；子包3：血气分析仪允许采购本国产品或不属于国家法律法规政策明确规定限制的进口产品。

5.政府采购监督机构：同级政府采购监督管理部门。
