1.本次磋商在本采购文件规定的时间和地点进行公开开标，届时请投标响应供应商的法定代表人或其授权代表务必出席开标会。为避免出现中标后无法在指定网站发布中标公示此类情况，供应商须先在广东省政府采购网上注册登记并确认审核通过。

3.鉴于当前的疫情防控形势，为进一步加强疫情防控工作，根据茂名市公共资源交易中心《关于做好疫情防控下公共资源交易工作的公告》要求，通知如下：

（1）前往茂名市电白区公共资源交易中心参与招投标活动的招标人（招标代理机构）、投标人、评标专家及参加开评标活动的相关人员，请遵守公共服务中心和交易中心管理秩序，服从工作人员指引，戴口罩，测体温，通过手机扫码并出示粤康码，显示绿码的人员方可进入，对无法证明健康状况和黄码人员作劝退处理，对红码人员上报市防疫部门处置。

（2）在疫情期间前往区公共资源交易中心参与招投标活动的各方主体，不得指派不符合防疫防控管理要求的人员参加开评标活动；中、高风险、重点防疫地区的人员确需参与招投标项目的，要出具48小时内核酸检测阴性证明并严格按要求做好相关防护措施。
