本合同包不接受联合体投标

合同履行期限：签定合同后5天内进驻珠海大横琴集团有限公司、横琴金融投资集团现场；乙方签定合同后30天内完成现场调查工作并召开现场工作总结会，于签定合同后40天内召开法律尽职调查成果汇报会，签定合同后50天内提供经甲方确认的两家企业及下属公司的法律尽职调查报告。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：投标人须是依照《中华人民共和国律师法》成立的，在国家司法行政主管部门合法登记注册，持有经年检合格的律师事务所执业证书的律师事务所（提供律师事务所执业证书复印件加盖投标人公章；若分所参与投标的，须持有有效的的律师事务所分所执业证书，提供执业证书的复印件加盖投标人公章；总所及其下属分所不得同时参加本项目投标）。

2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：投标文件中须提供已依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的证明文件复印件加盖供应商公章；若依法无需缴纳税收或社会保障资金的，则提供相应的证明材料。

3）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：供应商必须具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度（投标文件中须提供2021年任意一个月的会计报表）。

4）履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力：投标文件中须提供设备及技术人员清单，或其他相关证明材料加盖投标人公章。

5）参加采购活动前3年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录：提供声明函原件。

6）信用记录：投标人查询渠道及截止时点：珠海市公共资源交易中心通过“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、“信用中国（广东珠海）网站（credit.zhuhai.gov.cn/）、（www.ccgp.gov.cn）查询已领购招标文件的供应商的信用记录，截止时点为领购招标文件截止当天；查询记录及相关证据与本项目的其他采购文件一并保存。我中心将拒绝被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商参与本项目的投标活动。

7）供应商必须符合法律、行政法规规定的其他条件：*被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单、被有关部门禁止参与政府采购活动且在有效期内的供应商，不得参加本项目的投标活动。*单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得同时参加本项目的投标活动。*为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的投标活动。
