合同履行期限：A包：自合同签订之日起一年内完成；B包：政府公布规划以后半年内完成

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：①本项目A包非专门面向中小企业，根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》（财库﹝2020﹞46 号）中有关规定，对小型和微型供应商的价格给予6%优惠，用扣除后的价格参与评审。本项目B包专门面向中小企业采购，潜在投标供应商如为中型企业，须预留该部分采购项目预算总额比例不低于60%给小微企业。②根据《三部门联合发布关于促进残疾人就业政府采购政策的通知》（财库【2017】141号文）文，在政府采购活动中，残疾人福利性单位视同小型、微型企业。根据财政部、司法部关于政府采购支持监狱企业发展有关问题的通知（财库【2014】68号）文，在政府采购活动中视同小型、微型企业。享受预留份额、评审中价格和扣除等促进中小企业发展的政府采购政策。若为小型、微型企业须填写《中小企业声明函》
