包括2020年惠东县辖区范围13条主要支流及2021年8条主要支流和3个水库。 原则上主要支流排查范围以两侧现状岸线为基准向陆地一侧延伸2公里，包括所有人 工岸线（城镇岸线、渔业岸线、临江工业岸线、江堤岸线、特殊用途岸线等），自然 岸线（滩涂、湿地等）和江心岛。具体范围可根据产业布局、排污特征等实际情况适 当扩大。排查对象为所有通过管道、沟、渠、涵闸、隧洞等直接向21条支流及3个水 库排放废污水的排污口，还包括所有通过滩涂、湿地等间接排放废污水的排污口。



总体要求 （1）制定排查实施方案 按照国家、省、市相关要求，结合惠东县入河排放口的实际现状，制定兼具系统 性、针对性、可操作性和规范性的排查实施方案。 （2）组织实施要求 为确保本次项目投标工作管理规范、实施有力，供应商应成立项目组，按照采购 人要求，对惠东县入河排放口进行排查，形成排查总结报告，按期保质完成相关工作 。



双方自合同 签订之日开 始 3 个月内（承诺70天完成）
