招标文件中“招标文件的获取时间”和“投标文件递交的截止时间”与巴中市公共资源交易系统上公告的时间不一致的，按巴中市公共资源交易系统上公告的时间为准。

将投标人须知前附表1.4.1条中的类似项目业绩和评标办法2.2.4(3)业绩中的类似项目业绩统一调整为：类似项目是指:合同金额不低于相应标段招标控制价的农田类工程项目（包括：高标准农田建设、千亿斤粮食工程、土地整理、农业综合开发等高标准农田建设类业绩）。

注：

（1）已完工的项目需提供中标通知书、合同协议书、省级或者市级公共资源交易平台的中标候选人公示截图和完工相关证明；

（2）未完工的项目需提供中标通知书、合同协议书、省级或者市级公共资源交易平台的中标候选人公示截图；

（3）类似业绩的时间认定以中标候选人公示的为准。
