3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）境内企业须具有独立法人资格，提供有效营业执照；境外企业，根据该国（地区）的法律，须提供在主要制造厂地址注册的有关证明文件。

2）投标人须提供25万吨/年及以上LDPE或LDPE/EVA装置氮气压缩机1套供货业绩，业绩时间要求为自2012年至投标截止日期止（以合同签订时间为准），需提供有效的合同扫描件（包含合同、供货明细表、签字页，原件备查）

3）本项目的投标人须为往复式压缩机制造公司或成撬制造商，不接受代理商投标。

3、Qualification Requirements F{** Bidder

Qualifications {** Perf{**mance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supp{**ting documents f{** registration at the address of main manufacturing plant acc{**ding to the laws of the country (region).

2）The bidder shall provide a supply perf{**mance of one set of nitrogen compress{**s f{** LDPE {** LDPE/EVA devices with a capacity of 250000 tons/year {** m{**e. The perf{**mance time requirement is from 2012 to the deadline f{** bidding (subject to the contract signing time). The bidder shall provide a valid scanned copy of the contract (including the first page of the contract, the supply details table, and the signature page, with the {**iginal copy f{** reference)
